Warranty & Returns


On our products, we offer either 12 or 24 months of factory warranty. If a product shows a defect, we will find an appropriate solution in the form of an exchange, repair, or supplying a missing part.

Our primary goal is always to deliver a good product.

Returns from the end consumer that are based on preference are not accepted.

For a smooth handling of warranty claims, we request a written notification with the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Visual material of the defective item (whether the original packaging is present or not)


This can be emailed to [email protected].

Exchanges/returns will generally be made using a PostNL return label to send the items back to us.
Please note that we are currently working on an easier return process to simplify the process.
